Before using this site, we shall ask:
Do you have Pharol?
(All character reincarnations from Just Kill Me 3 belong to Fundoshi Parade!)

In Pharol Squad, we always want to make our JKM3 news available for the public to view. However, due to Twitter's new policy requiring accounts to view tweets as well as limiting certain users from seeing a fixed amount of posts per day, we will be migrating all of our content to a different site. What does that mean?
- If you have a Twitter account and are currently following us, you will still be able to view our older posts during our migration. Due to some concerning developments made by its peculiar owner, we will now be posting from Bluesky instead.
- This website will remain as is in case anyone still needs it.
- We will post the link to our new website here once it is active.Thank you for supporting Pharol Squad these past few years!
We will keep you posted here until further notice!
You can obtain Pharol from the following:
Champion Summons (Most effective method!)
Point Summons (OK, but not 100% guaranteed)
Blood Money
Any Summon Banner if all else fails!
In the meantime, you should also get Pharol Edge using the same method above to maximize his full potential once you manage to get him!
Be warned that it's a 3☆ artifact, so the buffs will not work on his Nightshade nor Plagued form!DISCLAIMER: AS OF NOW, YOU CANNOT OBTAIN NIGHTSHADE PHAROL FROM THE PICK-A-PET PACK.
THEY ARE AVAILABLE IN BARGAIN BLASTS BUT THOSE BANNERS ARE A SCAM DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU NEED TO PAY IN ORDER TO PULL, UNLIKE CREDIT SUMMONS WHERE YOU ONLY HAVE TO PAY IF YOU LIKED WHAT YOU PULLED. BARGAIN BLASTS HAVE BEEN KNOWN AND REPORTED TO GLITCH OUT, SO THERE'S A GOOD CHANCE YOU COULD BE WASTING YOUR OWN MONEY ON NOTHING.
Wait, why should I get Pharol?
Pharol is an extremely flexible pet that gains lots of synergy from others, which is essential to beat bosses past 2000. While not powerful alone and without his weapon, with proper set-up, he is able to deal more damage than a good amount of 4☆ pets.
Out of all pets who share the same Affinity as him, he is the most friendly and accessible for free-to-play players.
He has a cool design to boot, but that's my personal taste. He also has a second form: Nightshade Pharol. This version is more powerful than the regular one, even gaining a 120% ATK boost as early as Lv. 40. However, this form loses access to Pharol Edge and is much harder to obtain, but he is still obtainable in the general pool as normal Pharol. As of Golden Week 2022, Pharol now has an exclusive infected form: Plagued Pharol. This is an extremely powerful variant of both Pharols combined, with a 45% All buff as early as Lv. 40. When awakened at Lv. 3, he can provide 60% All for Advents, which is considered busted early-game. He is also considered an Advent Killer, which means that his strongest use would be during Advent Dungeons. Pharol Edge also has a variant called the Sword of Plagued Pharol, which provides a 10% All buff at Lv. 30.
The regular Pharol Edge still does not work for this form - both cannot be obtainable outside of DG Mania and are more difficult to pull if you're unlucky.Once every couple of months, there will be an Advent that only allows Hunks to participate. Out of all Affinities, Hunk is extremely exclusive, with only 1 pet that isn't a 4☆, which is regular Pharol. If you happen to have a Hunk that isn't Pharol before the Advent starts, good for you, because that means your luck is good. You can stop reading this and be on your way. But if you don't have any, then it'd be a struggle trying to keep up with other players. Save yourself the future struggle by investing your rubies (or Roll Points) to get Pharol ASAP and come back once you have him!
Is there a catch to this?
All pets have their own perks and flaws.
Pharol is no exception.
For starters, Pharol (and his other variants) is a Strong type, meaning he'll attack 2 seconds slower than a good amount of pets.
You'll have to make sure he hits really hard when he gets the chance to attack. That means sacrificing some artifact slots that'll boost his own attributes. Even then, he has an exclusive artifact is essential to all Pharol users, so you won't be able to use his potential without reserving a slot to Pharol Edge. It's also worth noting that the regular Pharol does not buff anything but Critical Tama. However, it's a common theme among other powerful pets who boost their own ATK and not others. This can be circumvented by getting Nightshade Pharol instead, which as mentioned before has his own built-in buffs and can share them with others that have the same type and/or Affinity.
Plagued Pharol, while having limited availability, is also a substitute by having an All Pets buff. Since the damage formula update in Ver. 9.1, the All buff greatly increases the DPS more than any type of boost, making Pets with these abilities essential for the meta.
He even deals more damage than some Mighty types, as well.
It's still recommended that you obtain those artifacts that boost Strong types, though. In a future election, if Pharol (and/or his Nightshade form) gets enough votes from the fanbase, there is a chance that a new variation of his will be added to the meta, so please support our cause!Pharol, as a Great Old One, is most compatible with Cosmic Pets.(Did you know that Pharol is everyone's favorite Cosmic Hunk?)

Artifacts that are in red are season exclusives and can only be obtained at certain times of the year. Artifacts from seasonal packs require an actual in-game purchase.
Artifacts in blue are collab exclusives and may not return until further notice.
*All artifacts with Pet Boosts will buff Pharol; the amounts vary depending on rarity unless noted otherwise (some Banner Exclusive Artifacts boost by +10%, some Season Exclusive Artifacts boost by +5%, Regular 4☆ by +4%, 3☆ by +3%, and so on).
**Nightshade and Plagued Pharol can still gain +3% from Classic Like.
***Innocent's Pawstick boosts different stats depending on the current version you are playing and changes each time the game is updated.
All artifacts must be Lv. 30 at minimum to maximize potential.
• This is the standard percentage in which the artifact can boost Pharol. Fulfill certain requirements to maximize the perk.
Alternative Ways to Boost Pharol:
If you happen to pull Pharol more than once, you will obtain duplicate pieces and Holy Orbs. You can use them to give Pharol an Awakening, which gives a permanent +5% boost to his ATK per level. You can only awaken up to +50%, and the pieces and Holy Orbs required for Awakening increase every level. You can obtain more Pet Pieces and Holy Orbs by participating in Bounty Hunts (Holy Orbs are available during Innocent Bounties).
The pet you need to look out for would be Hypnos, with the pieces he drops vary depending on what pets are allowed to battle him.You can also boost Pharol's stats even further by investing in Amulets. Amulets can be purchased with DG Medals obtained by clearing floors in Advent Dungeon or defeating Poseidon in Bounty Hunts. The more floors you clear, the more medals you'll get. Unlike Artifacts, the boosts you get from Amulets are permanent, so spend those DG Medals whenever you can!
Managing your Rubies
(without making IAPs or Tapjoy):
Rubies are the currency for general summons!
There's no need to explain why they are important, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this.
Aside from doing daily missions and waiting for that 10th login bonus, there are many ways to make sure you have enough to have a guaranteed 4☆ Unit (that isn't Champion Summons) and still have some rubies leftover. It's possible to earn at least 200 rubies in the span of one week.
Here are some tips:
REBOOT REBOOT REBOOT REBOOT REBOOT! Doing 2 STRs will grant you 6 rubies, but rebooting every 3 hours will give you 8, meaning you're able to get 18 rubies a day if you do all your daily missions. Event missions are just as important to do (with the exception of New Year, New Me)!
(Requires Ver 13.3) Before rebooting, keep an eye out for Innocents that may appear on the STR screen. If you do come across one, tap on it for a free ruby!
Look out for ruby treasures! Every once in a while a red treasure box will drop on the tapping field. Watch an ad to get your free 3 rubies! Watching regular treasure ads will have a 1% chance in giving you 5 rubies, so take your chances whenever you can! Before rebooting, if you timeout during a boss, they'll give you 3 chances in the form of regular treasure ads to boost, so make sure you do that!
Always roll twice during login bonuses! You're able to keep both rewards, so if you get 10 rubies on the first one, always go for the reroll that you could get a second one!
Participate in all Co-Op Bounty Hunts as early and as active as you can! While your Posse might have a player or two with a good deck, it's not guaranteed that you'll have enough points to earn the highest ruby reward if you do nothing. You should also look out for any Carbuncle Bounties since they will always give 10 rubies. Keep in mind that those battles require your 2☆ Pets to be as optimal as possible. You must have cleared 20 bounties in total to earn group rewards.
(Requires Ver. 12.4) In Great Posse Co-Op, posses will now compete against each other to earn the most points overall. The earlier you join, the more likely it is to earn at least 300 rubies in one event.
Participate in Bounty Point Bonanza, a BH event most appreciated for its generous rewards. You can be rewarded with rubies as low as Rank 70, so some activity is encouraged!
Remember to do your Credit Summons twice a month! You don't have to pay for them; the summon itself is enough to count towards your total missions requirement.
Skip out on summon banners you don't need. If there's a new pet or Pantheon you're not fond of, don't spend your rubies on them! If you do plan on summoning but are wary on rubies, don't summon past Lv. 10.
(Requires Ver. 9.6) Speed through the Tower Gauntlet, as you'll gain 3 rubies each time you've reached every 10 floors! Some floors that are divisible by 5 can give rubies.
(Not recommended unless you don't care about your save file) Consider getting a new JP account. Sadly, you won't be able to communicate on the forums if you don't understand the language, but this server gives out many free rubies in multiple occasions. Be wary that it's heavily competitive, so you might not earn good rewards as you're used to in certain events.

Ver. 9.1 gives an accurate depiction for calculating damage. Fiddle around with the Training Room to see an estimate potential for your deck.
Self Only boosts indicates that either a special artifact, skill, or Aurora is required to activate. It is a +120% boost with the exception of Sphinx (570%).
The Vanity Aurora can boost all Hunks depending on the user. At max Awakening, Chronos and Bloodlust Lucifer can boost by 100% while Apophis can boost by 150%. Apophis's Aurora only works during Hunk Advent while the others work during any AD.
The Infection Aurora can boost all Pets by +20% when participating in an Advent. The only exception is Plagued Pharol and Plagued Ghatanothoa, who boosts all Pets by +30% and +45%, respectively.
Chronos can increase the speed of Mighty by +25%, while Plagued Chronos can increase the speed of Hunks by +25%. It's because of this that Heracles is recommended when using both.
Cu Chulainn and Cxaxukluth can only boost this affinity per non-Hunk in the deck.
*With no Amulet boosts and only Signature Artifacts that are not at Lv. 30.
**Heracles's 3rd buff boosts Mighty Pets by 80% by every non-Mighty in-deck, so it would be subjective. With only Heracles being Mighty, he can gain a maximum of +400% for himself.
- Same can be said with Cxaxukluth as her 3rd buff means she can earn a maximum of 400% for herself.
Ruby troubles?
No problem.
About & FAQ:
What kind of site is this?
Who are you?
As it says, this is a site dedicated to players who are interested in having Pharol on their team. His rarity and flexibility makes it easier for players to reach milestone bosses in a short period of time and more. Also, it makes you participate in Advent: Hunks without being empty-handed!
Of course, there are plenty of other and perhaps easier ways to beat milestone bosses of that caliber. If you're satisfied with your current line-up and don't need Pharol, that's okay!
With the inclusion of overpowered EX and 4☆ Pets recently, if you'd like a challenge, you could try investing in a Pharol-based deck.Pharol is a Pet with an interesting development story from promotion to Nightshade (or Plagued), and it's a shame that we'll never get another unit like him in JKM3.As for us, we're merely regular Pharol enthusiasts who want to show the world how great he is. You may have seen us occasionally on the message forums and leaderboards.Special thanks goes to the EN JKM Discord Server for compiling all the stats for every Pet and Artifact to date.

Frequently Asked Questions
> Do you work at Fundoshi Parade? Are you sponsored by them?
No. This is a non-profit passion project made by Pharol fans, for Pharol fans. If you have any inquiries regarding future events, concerns, troubleshooting, or even suggestions for JKM3, we ask that you contact Fundoshi directly.> Should I summon on [X]? Is it a good banner?
For early-game players, you don't have much variety to build specialized teams. Summon if you must, but manage carefully. For late-game players, you'll have a better chance getting a specific pet by summoning on their specialized banners. Unless you have rubies to burn, it's recommended that you do not summon past Lv. 10.> When is [seasonal banner]?
New Years Summons - Early-January
Spring Fair - Late-March/Early-April
Golden DG Mania - Late-April/Early-May
Shower Summons - Late-May/Early-June
Summer Fiesta - Mid-July
Halloween Havoc - Mid-October
Anniversary Summons - Late-November
Christmas Cheer - Mid-December
Innosensation - August and Late-December> Are there any codes I can redeem for JKM3?
There is currently no function where you can redeem codes for rewards, contrary to what some websites led you to believe.> I got a pet/artifact, but they're not listed on this website. Are they still good?
Every pet and artifact has their own advantages and disadvantages as well as their own niches to fulfill. They won't be able to support Pharol, so they are not here for that reason. Pets like Gaia and Nine Tails are great for pantheon teams, for example. Most artifacts do end up buffing all pets, and listing every single non-exclusive artifact that does this is cumbersome.> Is Just Kill Me made by the same guys behind The Battle Cats?
No. The Battle Cats is made by PONOS.> What other games did Fundoshi make besides the JKM series?
For iOS users, click here.
For Android users, click here.> I saw a game that shares the same gameplay as JKM3! Does Fundoshi know about this?
Yes. Trinity Seven: Phantasm Library & Seventh Sol and Nintsubo both received JKM3's source code and engine from them.> I don't have Pharol nor do I intend to use him for my decks. Could I still use this site?
Yes, we have other useful information that can help you in JKM3.> When Pharol Squad migrates to a new site, what happens to this one?
This site will remain as is, but we will continue updating on the newer one instead.> Will you post Mystic Mansion/Island content?
No.> Can you make this type of guide for [Pet]?
Do it yourself if you have the energy to update it every month.> Can I be a Pharol Enthusiast even if I don't have Pharol and/or never played JKM3?
Not sure why you're here in the first place, but sure.> This website isn't getting as much updates as it used to. Is everything okay?
Please read here.
In terms of outside matters, we've been getting into different interests recently as JKM3's been pretty stagnant with its content. The artist behind @farooru has been working on other projects, so there hasn't been a lot of colorful art posts as of late.
